Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPRM RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPRM data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RPRM RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPRM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and CHOL show a favorable association.

MESO, CHOL, and LGG are the cancer types where RPRM RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
