Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, MIR7702, and OR4A48P. Each is linked with RPRM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRM-to-partner and partner-to-RPRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by RPRM-low versus RPRM-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
