Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKOR2 and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with RPRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRM-to-partner and partner-to-RPRM results are reported.
