RPP40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N2, OR56B1, and OR52N4. Each is linked with RPP40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP40-to-partner and partner-to-RPP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52N2 grouped by RPP40-low versus RPP40-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
