RPP38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,664 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT5, LARP4B, and UPF2. Each is linked with RPP38 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP38-to-partner and partner-to-RPP38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP38 versus NUDT5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
