Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D5P, SOCS2P1, and DEFB119. Each is linked with RPP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP30-to-partner and partner-to-RPP30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D5P grouped by RPP30-low versus RPP30-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
