Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNURFL, RNU1-105P, and RNU1-82P. Each is linked with RPP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25 results are reported.
