Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEMO1P5, MIR3691, and RNU6-771P. Each is linked with RPLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP1 results are reported.
