RPL9P30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9P30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, BPTF, and INSR. Each is linked with RPL9P30 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9P30-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9P30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL9P30 versus TOP2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL9P30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL9P30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
