Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL9P30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL9P30 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPL9P30 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL9P30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CESC show a favorable association.

LIHC, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where RPL9P30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
