RPL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEMN3-AS1, SENP3-EIF4A1, and FAM30B. Each is linked with RPL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEMN3-AS1 grouped by RPL9-low versus RPL9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
