RPL7P49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,618 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, HNRNPH1, and KPNA2. Each is linked with RPL7P49 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P49-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P49 versus TOP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P49→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
