RPL7AP28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,707 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7AP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELF2, PJA2, and MBD5. Each is linked with RPL7AP28 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP28-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
