Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,868 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7AP15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAG2_S117, TJP3_S164, and FMO5. Each is linked with RPL7AP15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP15 versus PRKAG2_S117 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
