Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRY2, RAMP2, and KIAA1109. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.
