RPL5P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,182 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with RPL5P6 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL5P6-low versus RPL5P6-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
