Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,323 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5P21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TET1P1, NUP58P1, and KIF2B. Each is linked with RPL5P21 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
