RPL5P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,489 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, CAMSAP2_S599, and CNPY4. Each is linked with RPL5P16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P16-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P16 versus SULF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
