RPL37A-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37A-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,743 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL37A-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCAL1, ZNF638, and CHD1L. Each is linked with RPL37A-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37A-DT-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37A-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL37A-DT versus SMARCAL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL37A-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL37A-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
