Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL37A-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL37A-DT data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RPL37A-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL37A-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.
UCS, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL37A-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
