RPL37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EBNA1BP2, WDR70, and NOC2L. Each is linked with RPL37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL37 versus EBNA1BP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
