Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36AL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP290, GAPDHP41, and H3P46. Each is linked with RPL36AL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP290 grouped by RPL36AL-low versus RPL36AL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
