The most reproducible RPL32P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP85, UTP18, and MTHFD1L. Each is linked with RPL32P16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P16-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P16 results are reported.
