Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL32P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL32P16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL32P16 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL32P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and THCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPL32P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
