Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,104 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A14, RNASE1, and ZNF366. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.
