Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-117P, RNU6-993P, and MIR668. Each is linked with RPL32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32 results are reported.
