RPL31P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL31P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,363 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL31P20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Liposaccharide metabolic process. Each is linked with RPL31P20 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL31P20-to-partner and partner-to-RPL31P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by RPL31P20-low versus RPL31P20-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL31P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL31P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
