Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL31P20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL31P20 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RPL31P20 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL31P20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPL31P20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
