RPL31P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL31P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL31P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS3, TRAF1, and KIF3A. Each is linked with RPL31P14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL31P14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL31P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P14 versus RGS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL31P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL31P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
