Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL31P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL31P14 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPL31P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL31P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRC, ESCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPL31P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
