RPL31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,055 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRRT, NOL11, and UBE2J1. Each is linked with RPL31 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL31 versus SRRT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
