Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL30-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC1, FLI1, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with RPL30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30 results are reported.
