Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,023 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2L1, PARD3B, and CRY2. Each is linked with RPL27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL27-to-partner and partner-to-RPL27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL27 versus N4BP2L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
