Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,651 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, NIT2, and PCNP. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL24 versus CMSS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
