Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, CARF, and SESTD1. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL24 versus KLHDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
