Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP90 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,991 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL23AP90-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with RPL23AP90 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP90-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP90 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by RPL23AP90-low versus RPL23AP90-high in THYM.
