Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP86 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,598 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL23AP86-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, tRNA processing, and Telomere organization. Each is linked with RPL23AP86 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP86-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP86 results are reported.
