Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL23AP71 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL23AP71 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPL23AP71 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL23AP71 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, CHOL, and OV are the cancer types where RPL23AP71 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
