The most reproducible RPL18A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA35, RNA5SP26, and RNA5SP461. Each is linked with RPL18A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18A results are reported.
