Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL14P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,406 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL14P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFX7_S202, GTF2I, and MTREX. Each is linked with RPL14P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL14P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL14P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL14P1 versus RFX7_S202 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL14P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL14P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
