Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL14P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL14P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAMD4P5, NMNAT1P5, and PLSCR5-AS1. Each is linked with RPL14P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL14P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL14P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD4P5 grouped by RPL14P1-low versus RPL14P1-high in LUSC.
