Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,817 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL13AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELOVL5_S283, HMGN5, and HMGN5_S93. Each is linked with RPL13AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13AP-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL13AP versus ELOVL5_S283 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
