Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL13AP RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL13AP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RPL13AP RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL13AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and THCA show a favorable association.

READ, CHOL, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL13AP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
