RPL12P24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,243 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEXN, PDLIM7, and PEAK1. Each is linked with RPL12P24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P24 versus NEXN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
