Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL12P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL12P24 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPL12P24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL12P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, READ, and STAD are the cancer types where RPL12P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
