Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, RN7SKP43, and NKG7. Each is linked with RPL10L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by RPL10L-low versus RPL10L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
