RPIAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPIAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,476 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPIAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP64, MIR3163, and BOLA2P2. Each is linked with RPIAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPIAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPIAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPIAP1 versus RPL23AP64 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPIAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPIAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
