RPH3AL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPH3AL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,487 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPH3AL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, CACNA2D2, and PHYHD1. Each is linked with RPH3AL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3AL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPH3AL versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPH3AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPH3AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
