Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPH3AL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,721 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPH3AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGBP, PTPRN2, and PCAT6. Each is linked with RPH3AL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPH3AL versus MRGBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPH3AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPH3AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
