RPH3AL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPH3AL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPH3AL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p85, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RPH3AL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3AL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p85 grouped by RPH3AL-low versus RPH3AL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPH3AL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPH3AL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
